After ordering their product the and listening to the review of oder the system had me down for all the other products that they are selling. I called ten minutes later and told me that I could not cancel the order as I would have to call the next day as the shipping department was closed. I called first thing the next day and they told me it was too late as the product was shipped. After asking them what the break down of the what they had billed me they would not tell me !!!!!! I was instructed once I receive the product not to open it and to send it back for a full refund. It has been 1 month and they said they have not received it. This is getting very frustrating because every time you call India (that is where the customer service is) you have to explain the whole situation as they pretend they don't know anything about the return.
Please People do not buy this product as they are fraudulent company.
