I ordered the insoles on Tuesday night,I found the same product at Target on Wednesday for 19.95. I called customer service on Thursday morning to cancel order, what a pathedic customer service that can't speak english, found out CS is outsourced to India! I demanded to cancel order, but was told the order has shipped, I asked for a manager, same thing, order has shipped, I then told them I received an email stating 4-8 weeks shipping time, but in stock items ship in 14-18 days, if thats the case, then item did not ship yet, its only been 2 days, the manager informed me that they have my money and product has shipped. I was also told repeatedly I can refuse order but I will still be charged 9.95 shipping. On Sunday 4/24/11 I received an email stating that product will ship and to expect it in 7-10 days, but I thought according to customer service the item already shipped? I realize know this was a huge mistake to order anything from this company, they are frauds, scam artists and absolute liers. When you order you do not receive an acurate total of your order. Beware, beware beware!!! Call your states attorney general and report this company, I am. Lets put them out of business! 35b447f

They must be shut down some how before they do any more damage. I wonder why all the complaints fall on deaf ears?

We originally ordered their product through an infomercial.. They are a big waste of money and then every 6 months they send you a new set of them. (Like you're going to wear them out or something).

When you write to them ( ) to tell them to discontinue sending the replacements, you get no response.

I would seriously consider challenging the sale if they send you "replacement Walk-Fit orthodics. Then I would contact your State's Attorney General to inform them of this company and their practices.

Though from what I've read online at this point there might be just enough dis-satisfied consumers to start a "Class Action Suit" against Walk-Fit..

Good luck, but like others my advise is don't purchase the product and if you do return them immediately before you get caught up in the slimy web of deceit. :(

Dear Paint1,

I work for the Walk Fit company. I am sorry that you tried to cancel your order but it had already charged and was processing. Once it has been charged, the account is locked not allowing any changes. Therefore, customer service could not cancel the order and asked you to refuse delivery. I will be happy to assist you with getting your refund. Please email me directly at so I can locate your order in our data base. Thank you.

Did you get charged more than the total of your order? If so, then you definitely have a case and need to call an authority on this. Try your credit card company first and let them know this was an unverified charge - if in fact it was. as far at cancelling your order...if the site you ordered from said no refunds, then your unfortunately at a loss there. Shipping does cost money so you can't just expect free returns online like you usually can at retail locations.
