Then I get another email, same crap, they could only refund $39.95 and it would take at least 2 weeks for that, I told her it didn't take them but a few minutes to steal the $59.98.
I have called my bank and will be filing a dispute, so I can get my money back.
Stuart Pankin and the other 2 spokespeople should be ashamed for representing such a rip off company.
By the time this Chinese outfit rips a bunch of people for $20 they have put a tidy profit in their pocketbook.

I am sorry that it happened though. Our site does not have an order confirmation at the end of it. When you hit submit, you placed the order. We do send an email advising that we did receive your order. This is an American company and our warehouse is in CA. Customer service is in India. Regardless of where they are located, if the order already charged and was processing they would not be able to cancel it. As advertised, shipping and processing is nonrefundable, so customer service was correct when they advised you. Please email me directly at so I can assist you with your account. Thank you, Mary |
