After providing my personal information including my credit card info, this website immediately charged my card. I immediately contacted them and told them in writing that I did NOT approve the use of my card and that I had no idea what the total proposed charge even was. Customer service wrote back with the total amount and told me they would not cancel because they were already fulfilling the order. I was told I could reject the package upon arrival and that they would return part of my funds but not the 15$ shipping and handling. This is an outrageous, fraudulent business that should NOT be permitted to scam people of their money like this! Unbelievable worst experience on the internet. You must heed these warnings and stop these criminals.

I saw the post above by and wrote to her as I was having trouble getting any response from the company, an invoice for my order, and also had a concern that I'd unintentionally signed up for the joint support. She answered immediately, and courteously, and quickly sent an invoice and resolved my concerns about the joint support.

I ordered WALK FIT and over the phone, beware of all the offers. I just wanted the walk fit but they had me down for some other offers. I ordered 2 walk fit and they charged me for two different shipping charges and for slippers. I called them back at their customer service number (India). They told me to call back in 3 hours as the order can not be cancelled because it was not processed. I called them back and they told me that it was too late as the order was already processed and to call on Monday which was 3 days later. They did offer me $30 off my purchase but they can not tell me what I was charged for. 2 weeks later and I still did not get the walk fit or the issue resolved. If they were willing to credit me $30 off my purchase why would it be so difficult to credit me for my entire purchase.
