The website makes it very confusing during the ordering process they advertise that you'll be receiving several free items and
S&P will only cost you $9.95 when you checkout your total only reflects the $19.95 price for the Walkfit Platinum along with one $9.95 S&P fee my confirmation email never reflected any additional fees so I assumed I was only paying a total of $9.95 in S&P fees. I ended up paying a total of $29.85 in S&P fees I was even charged a $9.95 S&P fee for a $5 OFF Walkfit Purchase.
I've never heard of a company offering a coupon and then charging you fees for it (Outrageous) !!
I'm very upset with the company's S&P fees which adds up to be more than the cost of the Walkfit Platinum inserts. After researching the product more I found that it can be purchase at my local Target, Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond stores it only would have cost me a (WHOPPING) $21.84 total minus the outrageous S&P fees which brought my online purchase total to $54.53...

Unhappy and Upset
I received a package in the mail from WalkFit. I did not order anything, so I thought it could be from my physical therapist I am working with for my nerve damage.
I opened it to see. It was not from her and it had included a paper with the cost. I did not order this myself and, on top of that, it wasn't even my size. So I went to my computer to get info on how to contact them.
Searching for the company, I saw many reviews. Most of the reviews were bad. So instead of sending back because of wrong size, it is also because the company doesn't have a good reputation. I learned that quickly when I called customer service.
The first guy I talked to told me to send it back and when asked who purchased, he said it was a Mastercard (which I don't have), so I wanted the money replaced on that charge card and he said - what do you care, it's not your money. I also had to pay for shipping it back. I complained and he hung up on me. I called right back, the next service person was polite, but gave me the wrong information.
She said to tape it up, take it to the post office and there was no shipping cost.
HA - I did have to pay to ship it back. I didn't even purchase it, didn't want it and still must pay!!!

Shameful Business Pratices
Wow...I have read so many negative comments on various customer review sites about Walk Fit's unethical practices. I made the terrible mistake of ordering a pair for myself on 5/6/18 after seeing I their ad on my local TV channel.
What I should have done was do some research on this company before I placed my order. First off, I thought it odd that I had to go through so many screens of various items to purchase, to which of course, I declined. All I wanted was 1 pair of orthotics, but they put me through pages and pages of stuff that I did not want or had any interest in purchasing. So I went ahead and placed my order with my credit card.
Not soon after, I checked my e-mail to see if I got a confirmation on my order. Yes, they sent me an e-mail, but no confirmation number, no description of what I ordered, and no total price of how much I paid. I found that very, very odd, and very suspicious. What legitimate business does that?
So, I started my search for customer reviews/complaints on Walk Fit. WOW....I went into fright mode after reading so many negative comments! I then called the company and asked them to check to see if they received my order. Yes, they did, but they had me down for 2 pairs of orthotics instead of 1 pair!!
Seriously? That sent me into a frenzy. I then had customer service verify that I only ordered 1 pair, and that they did not charge me for an additional pair, or charge me for anything else I did not what. I also was able to then get a confirmation number and a name of the customer service rep.
which of course is someone in India. After I received another confirmation telling me that my order had shipped, I checked my bank account the next day to make sure Walk Fit only charged me for 1 pair of orthotics, of which they did. I then called my bank and cancelled my credit card so that Walk Fit did not take any more money from my card. They are NOT going to do to me what they’ve done to so many other customers.
SHAME ON YOU WALK FIT.
BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! You should be shut down.

Didn't order Joint support 1 came with walkFit
I do not want the joint support pills I did not order and now I have to pay to send them back. Please don't charge my card I will send them back do not sent anymore I didn't order.
I have been trying to get support I will try again tomorrow by phone it's hard to do 100 words when all I want is for you to stop sending something I didn't order If I do not get some support from you I will have to go to my bank and have them work with this. Okay still trying to get 100 words why I did not order or do not want Vitamins and why in the world do you want 100 words?
I am trying to to be nice about all this but still need more words to cover the 100 min. Okay I am 70 years old do not know how much longer I will be on this earth and the least of my problems is taking these support pills.
Pain problem solved.

Non professional thieves-dishonest
Return the product without opening the package received $19.95 refund out of the $44.95 how much does it cost to mail some plastic shoe inserts the add said money back guarantee not percentage of your back . The sad part is they get away with cheating.
I did not use the product at all, I returned the package without opening it. They are making money on a faulty product.
The company mailed me the Walkfit LLC WF Joint Support without my consent had to call for refund and was charged for the shipping $4.95 again i did not open the package just returned it.
I did not request the medication and had already canceled the first order. Their thieves and they way they are making money is through shipping and and handling for faulty products.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
PAID $62. THEY DON'T TELL YOU IN THE INFOMERCIAL THAT IT TAKE 3 WEEKS OR MORE FOR YOUR (ALREADY BAD) FEET TO SUFFER UNTIL YOU BECOME USED TO THEM.
I RETURNED THEM AND ONLY GOT A $36 REFUND!!! $26 FOR S&H...OUTRAGEOUS!!! THEN 2 WEEKS LATER THEY DEDUCTED ANOTHER $18.90 FROM MY ACCOUNT W/O MY AUTH AND FOR NO PURPOSE. I CERTAINLY DID NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE.
NOW I CANNOT GET AN ANSWER AS TO WHY THEY TOOK THAT $18.90 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
I'M DISPUTING IT WITH MY BANK. WALKFIT CAN ANSWER TO THEM!!!
WHEN YOU RETURN THEM..AND YOU WILL..YOU MUST CALL THEIR CONSUMER CENTER TO GET A RETURN AUTH NUMBER TI ENCLOSE INSIDE THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS ON THE RETURN ADDRESS LABLE OR YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE FOREVER LOST!!!
RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS SCAM IN WALKFIT!!!

RIP OFF
RIP OFF. Besides the fact that they do not work they heavily over charge you.
I was charged $129 for what was to be $19.95 and $5.95 s/h and free slippers. When I returned them (I paid for the return) they return only a small portion of your payment back. They claim it's for the s/h but the website says $5.95 s/h but they gouge you $59.65 and throw in a cheesy pair of slippers saying the slippers add to the s/h. Very unethical company.
Stay away.
Their customer service is also hard to understand and talk to fast. I am going to dispute it with my credit card company.
Was given the run around
tried to order and the first time - said ordered denied???. went back online and said website was down for maintenance.
Then received an email confirming my order??? called my credit card company and they told me two (2) orders were pending at 2 different prices.. Called Walk Fit and they told me website was down AGAIN and to call back in 1 hour. Received another email saying order had shipped???
what order. Called Walkfit again and was told to just refuse one order and gave me a tracking number to call them back after I refused that order.
This company is a JOKE and I won't order from them again. I hope this review gets posted.

If you think that was a rip-off, you should try the Good Foot Store. They do a bait and switch, get you in with rubber insoles that will cost you $39.95, then, show you the real deal $270+ $30+ for an additional insert to go on top of that.
A rip-off, nada.My experience with WalkFit, customizable inserts, the Good Foot Store doesn't offer those, and they really work. Sure both of them require you to take out the insoles in your shoes and gradually build up to how long you wear them. If you are a woman you might be familiar with the dr. Scholl's sandals the old hard wooden ones both walked it and Good Foot Store inserts feel the same way, you just have to get used to them but for the value $19.95 plus shipping and handling what I paid for them over 6 years ago that's a great value compared to over $300 plus, that I paid at the Good Foot Store.
Now that was a rip-off for me, and I got lured in through a TV infomercial.
My sciatica went away never came back. My big toe bunion was straightened out, that did come back 6 months later, after I loan my inserts out
